Revenue Operations Manager
Muvr
• Own and optimize Muvr’s CRM, including Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar GTM systems. • Manage data hygiene through validation rules, required fields, deduplication, lifecycle stage definitions, and governance controls. • Build and maintain workflows and automation such as lead routing, task triggers, notifications, sequences, and stage gates. • Manage roles, permissions, and audit-friendly access controls. • Build the revenue reporting framework used weekly, monthly, and quarterly by leadership. • Own forecasting methodology, including pipeline stages, confidence rules, weighting assumptions, and forecast accuracy tracking. • Create dashboards for pipeline health, including coverage, stage conversion, stage aging, win rates, and cycle time. • Design and document sales and success workflows, including qualification criteria, stage definitions, and entry and exit requirements. • Standardize handoffs across Marketing, Sales, onboarding, and Customer Success with clear field requirements and accountable owners. • Own deal desk operations, including approvals, discount guardrails, pricing exceptions, and contract handoffs. • Partner with Marketing to improve MQL to SQL to opportunity conversion. • Build workflows for renewals, upsells, and at-risk account tracking. • Evaluate, implement, and manage GTM tools such as sequencing platforms, enrichment tools, CPQ systems, contract tools, and analytics platforms. • Train Sales and Customer Success teams on CRM usage, pipeline hygiene, forecasting discipline, and GTM best practices.
Job Requirements
- 4 to 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Operations, or related roles.
- Proven experience owning a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot at both the admin and operations level, including objects, workflows, reporting, dashboards, and governance.
- Strong analytical skills with comfort in spreadsheets and BI tools.
- SQL is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into decisions and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills and ability to drive initiatives through completion.
- Strong communication skills and ability to document processes and lead enablement sessions.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and high accountability.
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity, quality of work, and day-to-day execution.
- Willingness to learn emerging AI workflows and use AI responsibly to improve performance, decision-making, and execution quality.

Revenue Operations – RevOps
