• Own and execute client onboarding and implementation with speed, accuracy, and extreme attention to detail. • Execute end-to-end onboarding for new clients, new properties/acquisitions, portfolio and package changes. • Perform detailed, manual implementation work including data setup, uploads, configuration. • Process-driven execution with no shortcuts. • Work within Asana to manage tasks, workflows, and deadlines. • Maintain clear status tracking so blockers are visible. • Support Client Success with operational tasks when onboarding volume is lighter.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in: Implementation
  • Onboarding
  • Project coordination / operations (hands-on execution roles)
  • Strong experience using Asana (task management, workflows).
  • Extremely detail-oriented and process-driven.
  • Comfortable doing repetitive, technical, and execution-heavy work.
  • Strong written English communication.
  • Confident asking questions and pushing for clarity (not a “yes-to-everything” profile).
  • Nice-to-Haves HubSpot experience (user-level or admin-level).
  • SaaS, PropTech, or multifamily industry exposure.
  • Experience supporting client-facing teams.

What does this position do? Under general direction, the Event Planning and Management Specialist will support Texas Oncology Foundation's growing events portfolio. This role manages the planning and execution of 7–10 annual fundraising and patient education events. The position spans four core areas: event planning & execution (managing all logistics for multiple events per year), volunteer & committee management (recruiting and overseeing volunteers and event committees), budget & vendor oversight (managing event budgets and vendor relationships), and marketing & sponsorship (coordinating event communications and working with the Executive Director on sponsorship and fundraising efforts). Accurate recordkeeping and reporting are also expected throughout.Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include Code of Ethics and Business Standards, and US Oncology's Shared Values. Responsibilities The essential duties and responsibilities (including but not limited to): - Plan and execute multiple annual fundraising and patient education events (7-10 events per year) - Recruit and manage volunteers and event committees - Oversee event budgets and vendor relationships - Coordinate event marketing and communications - Work with Executive Director on event sponsorship and fundraising efforts - Maintain accurate records and reporting Qualifications The ideal candidate will have the following background and experience:   - Bachelor’s degree Or Associate’s Degree + four (4) years of related work experience Or High School diploma or equivalent and eight (8) years of related work experience - Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of event planning and management experience preferred - Experience with Raiser’s Edge or similar donor/grant management database systems is a plus; willingness to learn required. - Ability to work independently Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
