• This role is a part of our Global Services team, which is responsible for implementing campus card solutions for commerce and security around the world. • This team is comprised of Project Managers and Implementation Consultants who are committed to providing our clients with high-quality project management and expert services. • This position reports to the Mobile Credential and Access Control Manager with supervision and assistance from Senior Implementation Consultants and Project Managers. • As Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for participating as a technical team member in the implementation of, but not limited to, Mobile Credential and Access Control solutions. • You will have significant responsibilities associated with initial installation, configuration, training and remote client support. • Independently managing and providing services on short-term technical project engagements. • Meeting established goals for utilization, customer satisfaction and project forecast for completion as set by management. • Delivering onsite and remote installation and go-live support for clients. • Deliver expert training and consultative services to provide optimal system functionality. • Assist the Project Management team with the coordination of hardware shipment. • Knowledge of the TSE system and able to configure Mobile Credential and Access Control elements within the TSE ecosystem. • Configure, troubleshoot, and train on Carrier/S2 Security software. • Work with supervisors and management to properly escalate issues through Development.

• Provide services and support as a Project Facilitation (PF) Services (Implementation Specialist (IS)) in the Energy, Resources, And Industrials Industry Sector focusing on Management And Operations Solutions for clients such as U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Federal Energy Management Program. • An individual or contractor responsible for coordinating and managing the implementation of energy projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. • Provides on-site supervision and technical support during the installation phase.

• Designing and building AI‑enabled automation solutions that streamline business processes and reduce manual effort. • Developing workflow automation that integrates data across systems and orchestrates end‑to‑end processes. • Implementing agentic AI and large language model solutions to support complex, multi‑step operational tasks. • Building integrations between systems, APIs and data sources to enable seamless automated workflows. • Translating business requirements into robust, maintainable technical solutions in collaboration with AI Business Partners and operational teams. • Ensuring solutions follow software engineering best practices, including testing, documentation and reliable production deployment.

• Assist Revenue Cycle Consultant and Technical Consultant teams in the implementation of Experian's Claim Source revenue cycle management system • Review internal process, recommend and develop changes to improve systems efficiency, automation, and effectiveness • Document complex solutions to internal and external clients • Assess project complexity and estimate implementation timeframe • Provide input to improve product documentation and training • Assign and monitor detailed project tasks and communicate summary level information to management and involved parties • Communicate status with team members, end-users and clients within client expectations including participating in regular client calls • Develop relationships with clients and service/sales team • Monitor accuracy and completeness of all assigned jobs • Provide technical support including testing, debugging, troubleshooting and implementing necessary program updates • Analyze customer data including performing optimizations and edit reviews with customers, review and evaluate payer notification • Collaborate with internal and external groups to define process requirements for project
