Paid Social Manager
Maleda Tech
• Own the full lifecycle of paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn • Manage daily campaign operations, including budget allocation, bid strategy, pacing, and performance monitoring • Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining or improving key efficiency metrics (CPA, ROAS) • Design and execute structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies • Develop and optimize audience strategies, including prospecting, retargeting, and lookalike modeling • Partner with creative teams to iterate on high-performing ad concepts and performance-driven creative strategies • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities • Ensure accurate tracking and measurement (pixels, events, UTMs) and troubleshoot discrepancies • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor performance and inform decision-making • Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends in paid social and digital marketing
Job Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns with a strong performance marketing focus
- Deep experience with Meta Ads Manager and at least one additional platform (TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns while achieving efficiency targets (CPA, ROAS)
- Experience managing large budgets and high campaign volume in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with tracking and analytics tools (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Analytics, etc.)
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
