• Source and develop relationships with life science consultants • Utilize internal databases, job boards, LinkedIn, social media, user groups, and other sources to identify and recruit consultants • Develop technical expertise in one or more of Vita Global Sciences' recruiting sectors • Manage candidates through the entire recruiting life cycle • Provide best-in-class service to billing consultants • Maintain strong Gross Profit margins • Develop strong internal relationships with your sales partners • Stay current on trends within the industries
