Skills / Products (Storage, Common, Software Engineering): Storage: PowerScale Isilon, PureStorage, Cohesity, Rubrik. Common: Puppet, Ansible, Vulnerability management best practices, ITSM, Release management. Software Engineering: GitHub, Python/any other programming language. Capabilities: Troubleshoot file/block storage performance and access issues. Resolve capacity and backup failures, execute backup/restore operations. Apply automation for storage workflows using Puppet/Ansible. Identify and prioritize vulnerabilities in storage environments. Ensure ITSM compliance and release management best practices.
