Job Description
Data Analyst
PSI CRO AG
• Collect, prepare, and analyze data to support operational and strategic needs • Perform ad hoc data queries to address emerging questions • Validate datasets, reports, and dashboards to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with PSI standards • Develop data visualizations • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve data-related issues • Work with department representatives to define requirements, identify data sources, and design metrics tracking
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that presents the required knowledge, skills and abilities
- Minimum of one year of experience in data analysis (in Data Analyst or BI Specialist capacity)
- Full working proficiency in English
- Experience as a Database Developer is a plus
- Strong command of database query languages, with T‑SQL as a minimum requirement
- Experience with data processing and basic tools for data analysis and transformation (such as MS Excel)
- Experience in using visualization tools and ability to create clear and comprehensive data visualizations (experience with Qlik is an advantage)
