• Creating targeted content internally, covering relevant topics, product reviews, instructional guides, promotions, and social media posts • Generate copy for dedicated sites, enhancing our pages with your writing to maximize their performance • Optimizing content with relevant keywords, headings, and meta descriptions to improve search rankings • Ensuring content is clear, readable, and aligned with the brand’s tone and voice • Adapting content strategies based on new SEO techniques and trends • Any Other ad-hock duties that may arise from time to time.

• Write engaging, high-quality content in Greek for CRM, SEO, SMM, and other channels. • Localise English content into Greek with cultural and linguistic precision. • Ensure brand consistency, tone, and messaging across all content types. • Collaborate with internal teams to align content with product and marketing goals. • Review and improve Greek texts written by other authors (if needed). • Manage multiple tasks and deliver projects on time.

• Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success on their content needs each month. Develop content to deliver value across the entire funnel. • Execute a customer content strategy working alongside Customer Success to retain and delight. • Produce collateral to enable Sales such as case studies, reports, success stories. • Work with Data Science team to understand trends and learnings from the platform. Convert the learnings into engaging content for customers and prospects. • Write and edit regular blog pieces, e-books and white papers to deliver thought leadership and SEO-driven content. • Manage the ongoing strategy and execution of organic social, coordinating with the Marketing team. • Support in the creation of content across all functions, as needed.

• Write and edit for clarity and simplicity, translating jargon into plain English in the active voice while copy editing for grammatical perfection. • Work with the Proposal Manager to structure templates for the technical volume, management volume, resumes, and past performance examples to RFP instructions (Section L), reflecting the Statement of Work (Section C) and evaluation criteria (Section M). • Review RFP requirements and analyze amendments for impact on content. • Edit for “fit” when necessary to achieve desired page count without sacrificing impact or compliance. • Collaborate with the Graphic Artist to validate graphics for compliance and impact. • Continuously check compliance against RFP requirements and participate in status meetings, color reviews, and white glove reviews.
