• Track progress for all new pre and post-sales RMN and RMP onboardings across cross-functional teams. • Ensure infrastructure rollout plan identifies with ISM requirements for monetization including device type, integration plan, data alignment, etc. • Facilitate launch readiness reviews, define go-live criteria especially for staggered deployments, and ensure post-launch validation occurs. • Manage cross-functional risks, dependencies, and escalation paths that impact launch and continued success. • Coordinate technical development via Mood and ISM development teams to ensure milestones align with retailer launch targets and AOP timed revenue goals. • Manage RMP product roadmap and integration documentation. • Coordinate necessary product development efforts between external partners and the ISM product team. • Gather all data and assets needed for impression building per retail media network. • Work alongside the ISM data team, Third Party Partners, Adops, and RMN Playbook team to ensure expedient and accurate calculations for go-live. • Gather information for retailer advertising inventory as needed for sales/marketing collateral, SSP onboarding, and internal operational support teams. • Prepare appropriate Mood operations for the handoff support of ISM sites including technical stakeholders and operational stakeholders. • Transition support roles from the ISM development team to Mood operations. • Provide executive-level reporting and stakeholder communication. • Assist with RFP submissions as needed. • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to learn, retain and communicate highly technical information in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in Retail Media.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Effective working both independently and in a team environment.
  • PMP Certification preferred, but not required

Sales and Program Manager High Impact, Purpose Driven Organisation Position Summary: We seek a Sales & Program Manager to lead our client’s SolarBuddy LIVE program in the Philippines, and to support its plans for expansion across Southeast Asia. This role will focus primarily on sales and relationship development, working with corporate and community partners to secure bookings for SolarBuddy LIVE workshops and social impact programs. In addition to business development activities, the successful candidate will facilitate program sessions, coordinate event logistics, and manage basic program inventory and materials required for workshop delivery. This position offers an opportunity to play a key role in establishing our client’s programs in the Philippines and contributing to the delivery of genuine global social impact. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales: • Identify and develop relationships with corporations, event companies, community groups, and other organizations interested in participating in SolarBuddy LIVE team building and corporate volunteer programs. • Present the SolarBuddy LIVE program to prospective partners and clients. • Generate bookings for SolarBuddy LIVE workshops and impact programs. • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations. • Support the development of a sustainable pipeline of program opportunities. Program Delivery: • Facilitate SolarBuddy LIVE workshops and events for participating organizations. • Deliver engaging presentations to groups of participants. • Ensure workshops are delivered professionally and in alignment with SolarBuddy program guidelines. • Represent SolarBuddy LIVE with professionalism and enthusiasm in all external engagements. Program Coordination: • Coordinate the planning and delivery of program events. • Liaise with partner organizations regarding event scheduling and requirements. • Ensure all materials and program components are prepared for successful delivery. Inventory & Logistics Coordination: • Maintain oversight of SolarBuddy LIVE program materials and equipment. • Track inventory quantities and program supplies. • Arrange courier or transport services for delivery and collection of program materials where required. Reporting & Administration: • Maintain records of program activities and sales pipeline. • Provide updates and reports to the SolarBuddy LIVE leadership team. • Support general program administration as required.
