Lead Zuora Engineer
Toast
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives related to Zuora Subscription Billing and Zuora Payment • Develop and configure Zuora’s Product Catalog, including rate plans and pricing models • Ensure the security and integrity of Zuora’s environment by implementing best practices • Experience with customizing Zuora using Zuora Workflows, Zuora API and ZOQL • Design and implement payment solutions using payment methods like Credit Card, Alternate Payment Methods (APMs), ACH, Direct Debit • Understand Payment Gateways, Country Specific requirements, Refund, Chargeback, Cancellation, and Network Tokenization • Configure and manage notifications within Zuora • Customize and design invoice templates in Zuora • Provide guidance on billing processes and best practices
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Zuora Billing
- Experience with Zuora development, including Product Catalog, workflows, Security, Notifications, and Invoice Templates
- Experience in translating requirements into technical specifications and solution design
- Experience in requirements gathering, use cases documentation, business analysis, systems design and integration, user interface design and implementation
- Experience in data analysis, conversion and migration, interfaces and reports
- Experience with customizing Zuora using Workflows, Zuora API and ZOQL
- Understand the Zuora Business Object model
- Lead and implemented Zuora Billing for 1 or more companies
