Role: Senior Marketing Specialist Location: Gurgaon, India About the role: We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to drive digital marketing and social marketing campaigns. Your mission: to work closely with an internal team to build product social campaigns and community building. What you will be doing: - Creative ideation and creative direction: Lead development of social‑first campaign concepts and assets with the creative agency, focusing on short‑form video, memes, hooks and shareable formats. - Community architecture: Build, nurture and scale a community of influencers and creators across content pillars. - Campaign execution & amplification: Coordinate paid + organic amplification to maximize virality and conversion into product actions (activations, first transactions). - Measurement & optimization: Define KPIs (share rate, virality coefficient, engagement, brand mentions, social‑driven activations) and run rapid experiments to iterate creative and targeting. - Cross‑functional collaboration: Work closely with Growth, Product, Brand, and Analytics to ensure compliant, measurable and product‑integrated social activations. - Product Messaging: Translate complex product features into simple, value-driven narratives for social and broader marketing channels. - Operational Versatility: Support broader PMM workstreams as needed, including GTM coordination, and cross-functional project management beyond social channels. What you need to be great in this role: - 5–6 years of experience in Product Marketing, Brand Management, or Creative Strategy, preferably within fintech, consumer tech, or a high-growth digital brand. - Proven Product Literacy: Demonstrated ability to take a complex product feature (e.g., UPI, digital payments, or security) and translate it into a simple, compelling value proposition for a mass audience. - Creative Execution: Experience developing social-first or digital-first campaigns—from writing a "tight" creative brief to overseeing production of short-form video or static assets. - Operational Agility: A "no task too small" mindset; comfortable pivoting between high-level creative ideation and functional PMM tasks like GTM tracking, market research, or deck building. - Data Literacy: Ability to look beyond "likes" and "shares" to understand how creative campaigns impact product metrics like activations, retention, or transaction volume. - Stakeholder Management: Confident in presenting ideas to cross-functional partners (Product, Growth, Legal) and managing external creative partners or creators. - Cultural Pulse: A deep understanding of Indian internet culture, trends, and platform best practices (YouTube, Instagram, etc.) without losing sight of the core brand narrative. - Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies - Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical Req ID: 17039 #LI-SP1 #LI-Remote Our values shape everything we do: Be Ambitious to succeed  Be Imaginative to push the boundaries of what’s possible  Be Inspirational to do groundbreaking work  Be always learning and listening to understand  Be Results-focused  to exceed expectations  Be actively pro-inclusive and anti-racist across our community, clients and creations  OLIVER, a part of the Brandtech Group, is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive working environment where all employees are encouraged to reach their full potential, and individual differences are valued and respected.
