• Provide preparation and analysis of budget and financial data • Provide verification and assessment of budget and financial data • Contribute to budget strategy and develop and maintain financial spreadsheets and databases • Monitor and track funding, obligations and schedules • Consult client on adjustments to the overall budget • Gather and consolidate project related financial data from multiple DHS systems • Provide professional/technical services in support of acquisition planning • Advise, develop, and review procurement requests and contract packages • Contribute to project management and oversight of programs, projects, and activities

• Support ERP implementations for new clients • Perform data entry, analysis, validation, structuring, uploading, and reconciliation of financial data in ERPs • Support the development of new controls, implementation of automations, and AI solutions to increase operational efficiency • Pre-analyze information, understanding the request and responsible parties before executing activities

• Overall responsibility for the association's financial framework, including planning, management and oversight of all financial resources • Establish and further develop a resilient financial architecture for sustainable growth • Responsibility for budget planning, cash/liquidity management and use of funds in compliance with the organization's nonprofit status • Develop and implement strategies to attract supporting members and financial backers • Actively contribute to fundraising through direct outreach, structuring proposals and supporting closing processes • Build and maintain relationships with donors, partners and institutional funders • Ensure transparent financial processes and proper accounting in alignment with tax requirements • Work closely with the leadership team on overall financial management and prioritization of initiatives
