• Support ERP implementations for new clients • Perform data entry, analysis, validation, structuring, uploading, and reconciliation of financial data in ERPs • Support the development of new controls, implementation of automations, and AI solutions to increase operational efficiency • Pre-analyze information, understanding the request and responsible parties before executing activities

Job Requirements

  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability to change and a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset and strong focus on customer experience
  • Organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Degree (in progress or completed) in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or related fields
  • Intermediate knowledge of financial routines (accounts payable/receivable, reconciliation, cash flow)
  • Experience with ERPs (Omie and/or ContaAzul)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Google Sheets (pivot tables, general formulas, and data organization) and basic knowledge of BI tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Metabase, others)
  • Familiarity with process/organization tools such as Monday, Jira, Trello, Notion, or Pipefy
  • Familiarity with automations, integrations, and daily use of AI (low-code/no-code)
  • Intermediate English (reading)
