• Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives. • Lead discovery and delivery initiatives, ensuring a focus on value and impact. • Prioritize the backlog based on data, business impact, and user needs. • Translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable requirements for the team. • Work collaboratively with Engineering, Design, Research, and Data teams. • Conduct market and competitive analyses and identify growth opportunities. • Define and track success metrics (OKRs, KPIs, North Star Metric). • Validate hypotheses through experimentation, MVPs, and A/B tests. • Manage stakeholders and communicate decisions, risks, and outcomes clearly. • Identify and mitigate product, technical, and business risks. • Mentor more junior Product Managers. • Serve as a reference for Product Management best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Fluent English.
- Solid experience as a Product Manager for digital products.
- Proven track record of leading products or large initiatives.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial and growth metrics.
- Experience with agile methods and product practices (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Discovery).
- Analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience operating in high-complexity, ambiguous environments.

Role Overview: The Distribution Experience Owner is responsible for supporting the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the end-to-end Distribution experience. This role works within established strategic direction to help enhance broker and client outcomes by translating business needs into experience improvements and supporting delivery of prioritized initiatives. Working within the Group Transformation Office (GTO) model, the Experience Owner partners closely with Product Owners, Business Integration Leads, and technology teams to ensure solutions align with defined experience objectives and are delivered effectively.
