• Leading the technical architecture and engineering roadmap for systems supporting fee distribution, rebate calculation, and transactional data workflows. • Guiding and mentoring developers while fostering strong engineering standards across backend, frontend, storage, and cloud components. • Contributing hands‑on to critical areas of the codebase and ensuring secure, high‑quality, and scalable solutions. • Driving cloud‑native, DevOps, and CI/CD best practices to ensure observability, reliability, and operational excellence. • Partnering with Product, QA, UX, and cross‑functional engineering teams to align technical design with business needs. • Overseeing system performance, production stability, and continuous improvement initiatives through testing, documentation, and incident reviews.

• Provide technical leadership for the squad, mentoring engineers on complex solutions • Take an active role in implementation decisions and define coding standards • Perform code reviews and ensure engineering best practices • Lead foundational initiatives (enablers) and remediate technical debt • Support architectural decisions together with architects and stakeholders • Ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of deliverables • Define and maintain technical standards, documentation, and development guides • Engage in technical communication with international teams (English)

• Design, build, and maintain scalable applications across the full stack (frontend, backend, and databases) with an AI-first development approach • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality features on time • Participate in the full software development lifecycle (planning, development, testing, deployment, maintenance) • Contribute to system architecture and continuously improve engineering standards • Ensure performance, responsiveness, and reliability of applications • Write and maintain unit and integration tests • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently • Integrate third-party APIs and external services • Maintain proper documentation for systems, architecture, and workflows • Support and mentor junior developers when needed • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) • Work closely with QA to improve test strategies and automation coverage • Advocate for modern development practices and continuous improvement
