• Support the Rise Up sales function in France, Belgium, and Luxembourg – Mid- to Enterprise-level customers • Work with the sales team to qualify opportunities against a set of criteria • Ensure opportunities are strategically aligned to our product and support the sales team in responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) as required • Demonstrate expert knowledge of the learning industry (technologies, methodologies, and best practices) • Develop a thorough understanding of our clients’ business and technical challenges, operating environments, capabilities, and goals • Provide ideas to refine and evolve core sales and presales processes such as discovery, technical qualification, and proof-of-concept • Actively stay up to date with the latest and upcoming product features and functionality • Manage discovery sessions to uncover client requirements, pitching tailored presentations to C-suite executives or engaging with technology architects and development teams • Design and deliver customized demonstrations to support the sales team as needed • Lead technical discussions with key customer/prospect stakeholders and decision-makers, effectively articulating creative and technical solutions • Develop strong working relationships across internal functions (sales, customer success, product, development, operations, marketing, etc.) • Contribute to post-sale activities to ensure adoption and help grow accounts • Work closely with implementation and customer success teams to determine the best overall solution for our clients • Provide strategic recommendations on the use of learning technology and other digital tools to deliver innovative and effective online and blended learning experiences
