Role Overview: We are looking for a GIS / Spatial Analyst to support mapping, spatial analysis, and figure preparation for Environmental Impact Assessments. This role will be engaged on a consultant / work-share basis, preferably based in Central Asia or nearby regions. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare maps and spatial outputs for EIA reports - Conduct spatial analysis and data integration - Support visualisation of modelling outputs - Develop figures for reporting and stakeholder presentations - Coordinate with environmental and technical teams Requirements: - Degree in GIS, Geomatics, Environmental Science, or related field - 3-7 years’ GIS experience - Proficiency in ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar tools - Strong data visualisation and mapping skills - Fluency in English - The Georgian or Russian languages are mandatory Why Join SMEC?
