Senior Manager, Proposal
FORWARD Platform
• You will be responsible for the management of the RFX team and the submission of proposals. • Lead and manage a team of proposal managers and coordinators as well as the overall proposal development process. • Develop and maintain a proposal management plan that integrates the capture, win strategy, and lessons learned. • Lead the capturing of new opportunities that leverage FORWARD’s current offerings into new programs and use cases. • Lead the development of new innovative approaches to proposal development, management and writing. • Lead a collaborative team to develop proposals that clearly articulate the solution and strategy, approach to performing the work, experience, win themes, and discriminators. • Provide training and coaching as necessary to team members on the proposal process, review process, and/or writing process and best practices. • Analyze and solution for complex RFPs, create compliant outlines, and write and edit proposals. • Identify, resolve, and escalate gaps and risks to the Director of Strategic Growth and Executive team. • Provide support with writing, editing, and feedback process of proposals (technical and format). • Provide and lead budget development solutions and insight. • Iteratively review content and provide feedback to authors. • Maintain a forward-leaning posture that is always willing to wear extra hats as needed to help the team submit compliant, concise, and compelling bids. • Provide quarterly and monthly RFX data metrics.

Crisis Center Case Manager – Thursday to Sunday
MindoulaWe identify, engage, and serve populations with behavioral health, medical, and social challenges across the continuum.
• Address and manage crises by responding promptly to calls and digital requests using active listening, de-escalation techniques, and crisis management skills to reduce distress and promote safety. • Evaluate risk type and level (e.g. suicidal ideation, self-harm, homicidal ideation, and other safety concerns) in alignment with established risk-stratification guidelines included escalation and contacting emergency services when indicated. • Gather essential information (Member identity, contact information, current location, and—when applicable—parent/guardian details) to support a safe and effective response. • Develop collaborative safety plans with the Member, including coping strategies, use of natural supports, linkage to existing behavioral health providers, and clear next steps for maintaining safety. • Ensure safety plans and crisis resources are sent to the Member promptly and ensure timely communication with leadership and documentation as required. • Coordinate direct transfer and referrals to appropriate levels of care (e.g., internal, outpatient providers, community resources, mobile crisis teams, emergency departments, inpatient facilities, etc.). • Involve Member’s other support network including family members, guardians, and emergency contacts when appropriate. • Complete timely, accurate, and objective documentation of all contacts, risk assessments, safety planning, and follow-up activities in the designated electronic systems. • Participate in debriefs, case consultations and reviews, and quality-improvement activities related to crisis services. • Perform Other Duties as assigned.
