Regional Manager
Stanley Black & Decker, Inc.
• Analyze business, present to key decision makers, and provide business solutions • Conduct training for store associates and sell to end users while servicing retail partners • Aid in team development and provide tools for growth • Support corporate marketing initiatives and ensure implementation at store level • Manage team of Retail Territory Managers and drive top-line sales to meet goals • Partner with Store and District Managers to align strategies and communicate sales opportunities • Analyze POS by store and promotional performance to develop individualized sales plans • Work closely with Sales Operations to ensure proper inventory for promotional activities • Drive execution strategy based on trends and maintain compliance with retailers' Plan-o-gram • Execute national event activations and drive local territory activations • Partner with retail service partners and engage in monthly district meetings
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years in a retail territory sales role
- Must be willing to travel regionally, work occasional weekends (8-10 annually)
- Pass MVR check; valid driver’s license
- Pass drug and criminal background checks
- Physical labor will be required in the handling, training, and demonstration of our products
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel computer skills)
