Business Development Representative
RocketFuel
• You will be responsible for critically assessing and vetting Sales Leads generated by our Marketing team, as well as from your own Lead Generation efforts. • You will successfully grow the Rocketfuel customer base by leveraging social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, Pinterest, Twitter & Instagram. • Follow up on marketing campaigns (which include email campaigns, tradeshows, cold calls, etc.) to support sales generating efforts. • Researching and reaching out Sales Leads generated by your own efforts. • Identify decision makers and influencers within a prospect/customer organization; Have clear and correct opportunity uncovering conversations to identify prospects/customers needs; • Maintain up-to-date awareness of company activities and industry trends; • Communicate Rocketfuel’s value proposition effectively to prospects and clients; • Prepare for and participate in regular meetings with the Business Development Manager; • Maintain CRM System and ensure information is accurate and up to date; • From assigned industry targets, learn to become highly knowledgeable in industry related key issues, affiliated associations and key players in that space. • Support Business Development Manager in related lead generating initiatives including special projects, campaigns, tradeshows, etc. • Provide administrative support as required; • Perform other duties as required. • Engage in any educational learning opportunities that will support success in role.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of proven Business Development/Inside Sales experience.
- Passionate about Crypto currency.
- Fin Tech experience is an asset.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- A proven track record in leveraging Digital Marketing and Online Customer Acquisition techniques for a fast growing B2B organization.
- Fluent in English.
- Minimum 1 year experience within the tech industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent phone presence and ability to write professional emails.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency using MS Office.
