• Be familiar with the security requirements and controls needed to maintain the business operations • Possess Advanced Process Mapping & Analysis skills-Ability to document operational workflows, sub-processes, variations, and tool interactions • Identify and communicate threats and vulnerabilities that could impact business operations • Assist with communication, implementation, and analysis of compliance with security policies, standards and procedures • Collect, calculate, and format data for metrics reporting • Maintain process inventory, security maps, control acceptance criteria, and QA findings • Document, review, and update application architecture and data flow diagrams to assist with auditing and risk analysis
Job Requirements
- Combination of education and experience in Information Security, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related curriculum
- Strong understanding of travel industry contact center operations, booking flows, emergency processes, and data handling
- Ability to design practical controls built directly into scripts, Knowledgebase, workflows, QA, and automation
- Strong organizational, time management, decision making, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Aptitude to prioritize and load balance sensitive projects concurrently
