Ecommerce Email Designer

• Design high-performing email campaigns and automated flows • Create sign-up forms, pop-ups, and retention marketing assets • Develop and maintain modular email systems in Figma • Design scalable components, reusable sections, and structured layouts • Ensure mobile-first execution and accessibility standards • Prepare assets for Klaviyo implementation (and support builds when needed) • Manage multiple client accounts with varying brand aesthetics • Incorporate client feedback accurately and thoughtfully • Maintain consistency in voice, tone, and visual brand expression • Stay up to date with industry trends in email design and deliverability
Job Requirements
- Must be Fluent English speaker
- You should have a good design sense; your design work should look at home alongside current modern ecommerce designs.
- You should be organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, be able to solve problems quickly and efficiently
- You should have a passion for ecommerce and a desire to stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices.
- You should be comfortable with working remotely and have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- 3+ years of experience in email design for eCommerce brands using Klaviyo
- Experience working in an email marketing agency is a strong plus
- Advanced proficiency in Figma

- Libraries & Design Systems
- Experience designing and/or implementing emails in Klaviyo Email Builder
- Strong understanding of: Typography & hierarchy, Mobile-first design, Accessibility standards, Alt text best practices, Dark mode design, Image optimization & file size management
- AI Competency (Big plus). AI is a core part of our creative workflow.
