• Responsible for operationalizing the payment cycle and ensuring treasury compliance through the following activities: • Purchasing and Contracts: Execute contract and purchasing management, guiding buyers and approvers on internal workflows and payment procedures. • Accounts Payable and Treasury: Process payments based on billing/measurements, perform supplier reconciliations, settle payables, and conduct daily bank reconciliations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (complete or in progress) in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace tools, especially Google Docs and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to document procedures and standards and to communicate clearly in writing.
  • Logical and analytical reasoning, with a focus on detailed checks that require high precision and accuracy.
  • Self-management and organizational skills to manage your own workload and meet financial deadlines.
  • Technological agility: quick to learn new software and automation tools, with experience creating or working with dashboards (Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar).
