Warehouse Operations Manager

Spreetail

• Design and develop advanced analytics models and tooling infrastructure to optimize inventory levels and procurement. • Oversee and enhance tools like ROB (Replenishment Open to Buy), NPR (New Part number Research), Inventory Control Tower, and Inbound/Freight Optimization for efficient order quantity generation and allocation. Develop new tools required for new business pursuits or advancing current operations. • Ensure prompt response to business insights needs and tooling requisitions, adhering to an SLA set response window. • Continuously monitor inventory levels and performance through advanced data analytics. Work to produce predictive analytics models that the reporting teams can utilize to support key inventory metrics 1+ years in advance (COH, Receipts, OOS, Inventory Turn, Lost Sales, Allocation %, etc.). • Provide data-driven insights for ad hoc inventory decisions, supporting the inventory management team with necessary data and tools. Ensure the analysis explains business drivers ($s) vs. count metrics.

Job Requirements

  • Tenured Operational Leadership: Multiple years of progressive experience in high-volume fulfillment, manufacturing, or distribution; e-commerce expertise is strongly preferred to navigate our unique pace and customer-centric complexity.
  • Proven Management Pedigree: A minimum of 5+ years in a leadership capacity, with a demonstrated ability to transition from tactical oversight to high-level strategic planning and execution.
  • Scale & Complexity Mastery: A track record of successfully leading large-scale operations (headcounts of 50+ team members) across single or multi-site environments, maintaining operational integrity during rapid growth and seasonal peaks.
  • Talent Architecture: Expert-level skill in identifying, assessing, and onboarding "Bar Raising" talent. You have a disciplined approach to recruitment that ensures every hire elevates the existing team’s capabilities.
  • Feedback Culture Catalyst: A demonstrated commitment to Radical Candor—the ability to provide and solicit direct, actionable feedback (both constructive and reinforcing) across all levels of the organization to drive continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Labor Orchestration: Experience managing complex labor and capacity models to balance fluctuating global inbound freight with rigorous, on-time outbound shipping expectations.
