Senior Business Development Representative
Array
• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email, and social media to generate high-quality meetings for sales partners • Focus on direct-to-consumer, fintech, and neobank verticals • Self-source prospects through research, networking, and other channels • Meet KPIs for cold calls, email outreach, and conversations • Qualify prospects, uncover business needs, and communicate Array’s value • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute prospecting strategies • Manage, document, and plan activity using Salesforce and Gong • Share market feedback with leadership, set strategy, prioritize industry segmentation, compose messaging, and provide closed-loop feedback • Use AI tools to think, build, and ship faster
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR with cold calling KPIs
- Exceptional qualification skills and emotional intelligence on cold calls
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- LinkedIn presence and experience identifying, communicating with, commenting on, and engaging prospects
- Excellent phone and presentation skills
- Proven ability to generate meetings for account executives through thoughtful prospecting
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, Chat GPT, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, especially with account executives
- Knowledge of the financial technology (Fintech) industry is a plus
- Belief that AI is reshaping work and instinctive use of AI to accelerate work
