Job Summary: T2 Tech Group is seeking an experienced Agile IT Project Manager with a deep understanding of Epic EMR systems and healthcare operations. This individual will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact technology projects, particularly within Epic environments, including implementation, optimization, and system enhancements. This role will require strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, the ability to manage fast-moving deliverables, and the interpersonal finesse to work with both technical and clinical stakeholders across various departments. Ideal candidates will possess hands-on experience with Epic modules and understand the nuances of healthcare IT and operational workflows. Preferred Qualifications: · PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or similar Agile/PM certification. · Previous consulting experience with healthcare IT or digital transformation. · Experience using Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps). · Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or other healthcare integration standards. · Ability to translate technical discussions into clear business terms for non-technical audiences.
