Job Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in channel management, partner-led sales and business development experience.
- Experienced in Channel/Sales in SaaS based company.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing channel partner relationships.
- Experienced in building business and marketing plans with Partners.
- Well-organized, proactive, goal-oriented, and able to prioritize.
- Ability to operate both at a strategic and hands-on level.
- Good communication skills in English with an ability to clearly explain complex ideas verbally and in writing.
- Nimble and agile team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.

About the role You will be responsible for developing a geographic market to drive sales and delivery of Insight’s solutions to support clients on their digital transformation journey. This role focuses on Cloud, Data & AI, Cybersecurity, Modern Workplace, Network & Infrastructure and Supply Chain Optimisation services, primarily delivered through the supply of technology hardware, software and services. Working collaboratively with other Insight business units and the vendor channel, you will identify and progress specific client opportunities where Insight can deliver measurable value and improved client outcomes. Key responsibilities include: - Create and deliver a business plan and local sales strategy to generate new business through a range of prospecting activities. - Provide effective solutions to customers’ business needs via consultative selling. - Develop strong relationships with key vendor contacts and build partner engagement strategies for software solutions, with a focus on Microsoft, Broadcom VMware, Adobe, Veeam, Commvault and major security vendors. - Develop relationships with new and existing clients at a senior level. - Coordinate and deliver the appropriate Insight resources to meet or exceed customer requirements. - Document pipeline opportunities on a month‑by‑month basis, including Revenue, estimated GP% and expected close date. - Lead proposal preparation, submission, contract negotiations and associated sales presentations. - Develop strategic account plans for your top 10 target accounts. - Document plans to over‑achieve budgets, including target accounts, existing accounts, revenue expectations, close dates and critical success factors. - Ensure that all tasks performed comply with Insight’s policies and procedures.
