About the role You will be responsible for developing a geographic market to drive sales and delivery of Insight’s solutions to support clients on their digital transformation journey. Key responsibilities include: - Create and deliver a business plan and local sales strategy to generate new business through a range of prospecting activities. - Provide effective solutions to customers’ business needs via consultative selling. - Develop strong relationships with key vendor contacts and build partner engagement strategies for software solutions, with a focus on Microsoft, Broadcom VMware, Adobe, Veeam, Commvault and major security vendors. - Develop relationships with new and existing clients at a senior level. - Coordinate and deliver the appropriate Insight resources to meet or exceed customer requirements. - Document pipeline opportunities on a month‑by‑month basis, including Revenue, estimated GP% and expected close date. - Lead proposal preparation, submission, contract negotiations and associated sales presentations. - Develop strategic account plans for your top 10 target accounts. - Document plans to over‑achieve budgets, including target accounts, existing accounts, revenue expectations, close dates and critical success factors. - Ensure that all tasks performed comply with Insight’s policies and procedures.
