Role Description Le bureau du régime juridique assure le suivi des questions juridiques intéressant la presse (sur support papier ou numérique), les métiers de l'information et la liberté d'expression. - Exerce une mission d'expertise et de conseil juridique sur demande du cabinet et des autres ministères. - Propose les réformes nécessaires concernant le droit de la presse. - Participe à des réunions interservices et interministérielles. - Élabore des projets de textes relatifs à la presse écrite et aux professions et entreprises qui y participent. - Suit les négociations européennes et internationales relatives au secteur de la presse. - Participe aux travaux de la commission paritaire des publications et agences de presse (CPPAP). - Assure le secrétariat de la commission droits d'auteur droits voisins (CDADV). Qualifications - Culture juridique et légistique (expert) - Droit de la communication et/ou droit de la propriété intellectuelle (maîtrise) - Droit européen (maîtrise) - Rigueur d'analyse et capacité de synthèse (expert) - Expression écrite et orale (expert) - Aptitude à la négociation et à la représentation du service (expert) - Encadrement et pilotage de l'activité d'une équipe (maîtrise) - Prise en compte d'un contexte, une contrainte ou une complexité.
