Role Description As a Steampunk MuleSoft Project Manager, you will manage the lifecycle of integration projects, coordinating dependencies between source systems, target systems, and middleware. For this role, the PM will need to execute the work under our Salesforce Program Manager. - Tracks API development sprints and ensures connectivity prerequisites are resolved. - Manage Agile/Information Technology related projects and must be well versed in software development life cycle and project management methodologies. - Will oversee scrum team for key high-priority project for the client. - Identifies and mitigates risks. - Works with key stakeholders/customers to support planning and delivery of technical IT development Agile projects. - Helps define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value. - Prepares and distributes progress reports; manages risks and issues; corrects deviations from plans; and performs delivery planning for assigned projects. - Assists in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work. - Leverages organizational resources to improve capacity for project work; mentors and develops team members. - Supports managing customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helps to implement an effective system of project governance. - Primary focus is making sure the teams are effective and focused on their work. - Coaches the teams in their understanding of the delivery process, the agile mindset, and client values. - Helps the team use their time wisely and avoid distractions. - Makes sure team issues are escalated, worked, and resolved. - Applies different techniques to facilitate meetings and workshops, create a shared understanding with stakeholders, and engage team members to produce product and portfolio roadmaps.
