• Atuar no suporte funcional dos módulos SAP FI (GL, AP, AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Treasury/Cash Management, apoiando usuários de negócio. • Atender demandas de melhoria contínua, correções e incidentes. • Analisar, priorizar e acompanhar chamados de suporte no AMS. • Fazer a interface entre áreas internas e fornecedores/consultorias SAP. • Suporte a ciclos críticos: fechamento contábil, pagamentos, reconciliações. • Garantir o cumprimento de SLAs, a qualidade das entregas e o cumprimento dos prazos. • Apoiar testes funcionais (UAT) e à validação das soluções. • Contribuir para a padronização e documentação de processos. • Atuar em ambiente multinacional e multicultural.

• Responsible for developing and maintaining SAP HANA-based reports and information models, supporting finance domain reporting requirements, and ensuring high-quality delivery and ongoing enhancements. • Create new reports based on HANA views and table functions on HANA Cloud. • Provide post-implementation support including bug fixes, enhancements, and upgrades for existing reports. • Support end-users and troubleshoot issues related to existing reports. • Collaborate with various teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement report designs in the Finance domain across SAP modules such as FI, CO, HR, MM, and BI.

• Understanding business needs, translating them into technical specifications, and defining integration requirements for SAP CPI projects • Creating a high-level architecture for data integration solutions, including mapping data flows, selecting appropriate adapters, and defining interfaces between systems • Hands-on development of integration flows within SAP CPI, including mapping design, message transformation, error handling, and monitoring • Performing thorough testing of integration flows to ensure data accuracy and system compatibility • Designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI) • Deploying integration flows to production environments and providing ongoing support for maintenance and troubleshooting • Leading SAP PI/PO migration to SAP BTP Cloud Foundry, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption • Collaborating with global teams to support the SAP S/4HANA rollout, ensuring integration aligns with business processes • Troubleshooting and resolving integration issues, ensuring high availability and reliability • Developing documentation for integration processes, best practices, and system configurations • Monitoring integration performance and recommending improvements based on analytics • Supporting change management and participating in the global CAB (Change Approval Board) • Ensuring security and compliance in all integration processes
