We are looking for: Senior Project Specialist with German Your future role: - Providing end-to-end PMO and consulting services to clients from Poland, Germany and other parts of the world independently, - Delivering regular status reports, risk, issue, and decision logs, - Facilitating meetings, including decision making meetings, - Contribution to quality standards improvement and preparing, analyzing reports & proposing recommendations to next steps, - Managing and supervising work of others by leading a small PMO Team on projects/programmes or managing simple projects, - Establishing shared document repository, tools and templates to manage: schedule, cost, risk, change, communication and other project constraints, - You work on challenges that matter-supporting clients and organizations in making better decisions and actively shaping the future. - Supporting decision making for the assigned projects/programmes or making project decisions and assisting project lead in following best practices. Apply if you have: - University degree, - Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English (mandatory), - 2-4 years of experience within PMO or 1-3 year of experience in Project Management and project management knowledge, especially related to planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, preferably covered by experience, - Advanced communication skills meaning ability to communicate with different stakeholders, communicating clearly and in structured way (to the point) and ability to explain business complexity or challenge status quo and propose new solutions, - Readiness to take decisions based on business understanding, - Skills needed to provide constructive feedback to peers, team members and to broader stakeholders, - Demonstrate knowledge of new technologies and AI based tools in your day to day work (e.g. task automation, information analysis, content creation), - Good knowledge of MS Office in particular MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint and/or G Suite applications. You’ll be the project lead on ongoing real estate buildouts with an eye towards design standards, budgeting and a systematic approach focused on operational and brand consistency. You’ll report directly to the Director, Real Estate and Workplace, and will serve as an internal expert on construction project management, workplace and real estate portfolio expansion. Remote or hybrid candidates will also be considered. You must be able to travel 50% of the time and as needed at critical project milestones. We believe that there is significant value in in-person collaboration. If you live within a 1 hour commuting distance to one of our offices, you will be required to be onsite most of the time. What You’ll Do: - Develop and implement a comprehensive real estate strategy that supports Collectors long-term business goals and objectives across the US and globally. Establish priorities and strategies for site planning, design, and construction - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, aligning real estate strategies with business needs - Develop budgets for locations under consideration and manage budgets of ongoing projects with a focus on efficiencies and savings - Partner with the Real Estate team and other key stakeholders to identify and implement a portfolio management system that meets the need of the business as it continues to grow - Guide the site selection process for new domestic and international locations, touring potential facilities, and developing budgets and timelines - Partner with key governmental authorities in potential markets to identify market opportunities and incentives - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, contractors, consultants, brokers, landlords and regulatory agencies - Identify and mitigate risks associated with construction projects especially as it relates to potential permitting obstacles and construction delays Who You Are: - Minimum 10 years as a Real Estate or Workplace leader (or equivalent) - Proven experience partnering with and driving influence across executive stakeholders, including having excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, organizational and influencing skills. - Comfortable stretching up and down the ladder (working with stakeholders at every level).
