Mentorship - OpenClassrooms

Un mentor OpenClassrooms est un professionnel expérimenté indépendant (freelance ou auto-entrepreneur). Il/elle accompagne un ou plusieurs étudiants jusqu'à une heure par étudiant et par semaine en visioconférence, 100% en distanciel. Quelles sont les missions des mentors OpenClassrooms ? Les mentors ont une responsabilité de rôle modèle auprès de nos étudiants. Lors des rendez-vous de mentorat en distanciel, ils partagent leur vision métier et apportent un regard complémentaire aux projets des parcours de formation des étudiants qui leur sont confiés. Nous précisions que tous les supportes pédagogiques nécessaires à la formation des étudiants sont fournis par OpenClassrooms et sont rendus disponibles directement sur les espaces étudiants et mentors. Lors des sessions de mentorat, les mentors ont pour mission de : - Guider les étudiants au regard des informations spécifiques au mentorat qui leur sont partagées, de leur connaissance des technologies et outils à adopter, de leur compréhension des consignes du projets et de leur connaissance des critères d'évaluation. - Motiver les étudiants pour les garder engagés sur leur formation. Cela nécessite notamment des capacités d'adaptation pour moduler les méthodes selon les profils rencontrés. - Inspirer les étudiants en partageant des retours d'expériences, des lectures, des conférences, toutes informations qui leur permet de prendre du recul et de se projeter dans leur futur métier. - Évaluer les étudiants en s'assurant de la conformité de leurs livrables d'une session à une autre, et de leur compréhension des enjeux de chaque projet jalonnant leur parcours de formation. Les compétences incontournables pour accompagner nos étudiants sur ce parcours : Pour accompagner nos étudiants, nous recherchons des professionnels qui ont : Expérience professionnelle : - Années d'expérience : 3 à 5 ans minimum sur un poste similaire. - Contexte : Expérience significative en cabinet d'expertise comptable (vivement recommandée pour la diversité des dossiers) ou au sein du service comptable d'une PME/ETI. - Postes cibles : Comptable unique, Collaborateur comptable, Responsable comptable, ou Gestionnaire fiscal. - Disposent d'une structure de type entreprise ou d'un statut d'auto-entrepreneur (immatriculée au registre du commerce de votre pays de résidence) afin de pouvoir facturer mensuellement vos prestations, ou qui est prêt(e) à le créer. Compétences Techniques (Hard Skills) - Maîtrise du cycle comptable complet : Tenue courante, révisions comptables et clôtures annuelles. - Fiscalité opérationnelle : Établissement des déclarations de TVA, calcul de l'IS, CVAE/CFE, et idéalement préparation de la liasse fiscale. - Notions de gestion de la paie : Capacité à comptabiliser les écritures de paie et à vérifier les charges sociales. - Analyse de gestion : Mise en place de tableaux de bord et suivi de trésorerie. - Outils & Logiciels Logiciels Comptables (SaaS/ERP) : Maîtrise experte d'au moins un outil majeur (Sage, Cegid, Quadratus, ou des solutions cloud comme Pennylane ou Quickbooks). - Excel Avancé : Utilisation fluide des tableaux croisés dynamiques (TCD), des fonctions de recherche (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP) et de la structuration de données. - Outils de dématérialisation : Connaissance des outils de collecte (Dext, Hubflo, etc.).
