Business Card Consultant
U.S. Bank
• Develops profitable business account relationships and increased profitability from existing and new accounts. • Identifies business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products and services. • Makes sales presentations to existing and/or prospective clients informing them of benefits of using the organization's products and services to meet their needs. • Implements and maintains an effective referral network and call program to promote sales
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Seven to nine or more years of relevant work experience
- Ability to travel (local and regional, some national)
- Well-developed sales and new business development skills, including the development of sales strategies and goals and closing skills
- Prior business credit card sales experience
- Experience working with businesses $10MM+ in annual revenue
- Thorough knowledge of unit payment products
- Basic knowledge of the organization and its products, services and operations
- Basic knowledge of product marketing, client service issues, and organization operations
- Strong marketing, negotiation and decision-making skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service/relation skills with ability to creatively resolve client concerns and issues
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles related to financial transactions
