Vaga: Supervisor de Campo – Catalão GO Job Description: O Supervisor de Campo de Produção de Sementes de Milho Híbrido é o profissional responsável por fazer a gestão de todos os processos de campo, desde a gestão da equipe de campo, supervisão de todas as etapas a partir da contratação das áreas de produção até a colheita e suporte técnico nos campos de produção. O seu objetivo principal visa garantir o atendimento de todos os critérios e padrões de qualidade requeridos para a produção de sementes em nível de campo, assegurar o atendimento de todas as etapas de campo dentro dos prazos definidos, assegurar a entrega do volume de semente planejado na sua área de atuação, assim como cumprir com as metas de custo de produção. Responsabilidades: - Prospectar e levantar informações na sua região de produção a respeito da qualificação dos melhores produtores com perfil para produção de sementes, observando todos os critérios técnicos, estrutura necessária, disponibilidade de áreas etc.; - Prospectar, negociar e contratar os campos de produção de sementes junto aos cooperantes, selecionando as melhores áreas utilizando habilidades de negociação, comunicação e argumentação; - Fazer a gestão documental para a elaboração dos contratos de produção junto aos cooperantes, em tempo hábil com alto nível organizacional; - Supervisionar a equipe de campo da sua região de atuação, assegurando o cumprimento de todas as ferramentas de desenvolvimento de pessoas, orientando e treinando os seus subordinados, bem como garantindo um ambiente de trabalho seguro, inclusivo, produtivo, respeitoso e garantir a execução de todas as atividades; - Planejar e monitorar a implantação das áreas de produção no seu núcleo de atuação, desde o plantio a colheita; - Garantir a implementação dos campos de produção dentro dos prazos definidos, obedecendo a janela recomendada de cada material; - Assegurar o cumprimento de todas as diretrizes definidas na Política de Qualidade e Manual de Qualidade da Corteva em nível de campo; - Promover o treinamento de toda a sua equipe quanto as Instruções de Trabalho e Procedimentos operacionais de campo; - Assegurar o cumprimento dos padrões de qualidade no que se refere as exigências de isolamentos dos campos de produção, visando a garantia da qualidade genética das sementes Corteva; - Assegurar o manejo técnico e manejo fitossanitário dos campos de produção, dando suporte técnico à equipe de campo e aos cooperantes, garantindo um bom estabelecimento e desenvolvimento dos campos de produção; - Garantir o gerenciamento e monitoramento da irrigação de todos os campos de produção na sua região de atuação; - Gerenciar toda a operação de despendoamento, planejando de forma assertiva os recursos necessários no que se refere à quantidade de pessoas e equipamentos para execução da operação em tempo hábil; - Assegurar e gerir execução da inspeção dos campos de produção durante o período de florescimento e despendoamento, a fim de garantir os padrões de qualidade requeridos no Manual de Inspeção de Campo da Corteva; - Supervisionar e coordenar a logística de colheita, garantindo a integridade e a qualidade das sementes produzidas, atendendo ao plano de colheita semanal, número de cargas e umidade adequada de colheita dos campos; - Gerar relatórios de campo e acompanhar indicadores de desempenho da sua equipe e de todas as etapas com foco em melhoria contínua; - Cumprir todos os procedimentos de segurança da Corteva durante a execução de suas atividades e garantir o cumprimento destes procedimentos pelos seus subordinados; - Atender a todos os requisitos legais durante o desempenho de suas funções, atuando de acordo com a Política de Compliance da Corteva; - Colaborar com áreas e departamentos internos da Corteva, como times de planejamento, time de pesquisa de produção, time do site de beneficiamento, empresas terceiras de suporte e departamento de qualidade da empresa visando garantir que a semente produzida esteja em conformidade com os padrões exigidos; Job Qualification: - Exigida formação superior em Engenharia Agronômica; - Sólida experiência técnica de pelo menos 7 anos na condução de campos de produção de sementes de milho híbrido em empresas do segmento; - Experiência técnica sobre as melhores práticas agronômicas, manejo de pragas e doenças e certificação de sementes; - Experiência na gestão de equipes e processos de campo de produção de sementes de milho híbrido por no mínimo 5 anos; - Capacidade de elaborar e interpretar relatórios agronômicos e indicadores de desempenho; - Necessário ter experiência de atuação e conhecimento na região Sul de Goiás (Catalão, Campo Alegre de Goiás, Pires do Rio, Morrinhos, Goiatuba, Cristalina); - Domínio do pacote Office, especialmente Excel. - Desejável domínio de ferramentas digitais para a Agricultura como GPS, Drones e softwares de gestão agrícola; - Desejável conhecimento na língua inglesa; - Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, alta capacidade de liderança e trabalho em equipe; - Necessário habilidades em técnicas de negociação de contratos junto a produtores de sementes; - Necessário CNH categoria B; - Necessário disponibilidade para viagens frequentes; - Necessário residir na cidade de Catalão GO.
