Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence – Data Operations

• Oversee data support operations, driving quality, responsiveness, and clear service standards. • Define and track operational SLAs, success metrics, and data quality KPIs. • Drive automation and process optimisation to reduce manual reporting and improve operational efficiency, with added advantage if capable of implementing AI-driven automation solutions. • Lead and govern regulatory and compliance reporting, ensuring precision, timeliness, and full audit readiness. • Establish and enforce data quality and availability standards across BI environments. • Own and optimise the dashboard ecosystem, improving reliability, performance, and user adoption across the organisation. • Collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Analytics Leads to enhance reporting infrastructure and semantic data layers. • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to assess downstream data impacts of product changes, ensuring data readiness and integrity across systems. • Coach and mentor the BI & Data Ops team to build deep technical and operational capabilities.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years’ experience in Business Intelligence, Data Operations, or BI Infrastructure.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and deep expertise with BI and visualisation tools, including performance tuning, data modelling, and governance best practices.
  • Proven track record in operational governance, automation, and data quality management.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across business, data engineering, and analytics teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and a strong sense of operational ownership.
