Constantly rethink and iterate routines and solutions. Develop internal tools to automate routines and solve problems. Make analysis and dashboards using Grafana and Metabase. Monitoring the overall operations of the company. What you need to succeed:A love for data — not just crunching it, but listening to what it says; Use artificial intelligence tools to accelerate insight generation, pattern recognition, and opportunity discovery; Ability to leverage AI to enhance data understanding, whether by summarizing patterns, automating insight extraction, or simplifying complexity; No excuses and no bullshit mindset. Agility and proactivity to solve big problems. Passion for challenges and puzzles. Ability to understand complex systems by a hands-on learning process. Upper-intermediate English (talking, reading, and listening) to thrive in a global, distributed environment. It is desirable:Software development skills. Work with APIs and integrate systems. Data analysis skills. Familiarity with tools like SQL, Python, notebooks, or AI-based assistants — but more importantly, a sense of purpose when using them; Experience with: Grafana and Prometheus. CTG is seeking to fill a Tableau Developer (Business Intelligence Analyst) position for our client. Location: RemoteDuration: 6 months Duties: - Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports to support business decision-making. - Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data visualization solutions. - Stand up, configure, and administer Tableau environments (Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud). - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and deliver actionable insights. - Optimize performance of dashboards, data extracts, and queries for scalability and efficiency. - Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from relational databases and data warehouses. - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting solutions. - Implement and maintain data security, governance, and role-based access controls. - Support ongoing enhancements, troubleshooting, and user support for BI solutions. - Participate in Agile or iterative development processes, including sprint planning and reviews.
