Skills: - Strong Tableau development expertise, including dashboards, calculated fields, parameters, and data blending. - Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases and data warehouses. - Experience administering Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud environments. - Solid understanding of data visualization best practices and storytelling with data. - Knowledge of data governance, security, and access controls. - Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Snowflake (preferred). - Exposure to complementary BI/analytics tools such as Power BI or Alteryx (nice to have). - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience: - 4+ years of hands-on experience developing Tableau dashboards and reports. - Proven experience standing up and administering Tableau environments (Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud). - Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments preferred. - Experience supporting enterprise-level BI and analytics solutions. Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. - Tableau certifications such as Tableau Desktop Specialist, Certified Data Analyst, or Tableau Server Certified Associate are a plus.
