• Validate and analyze A/B tests to assess feature performance, user engagement, and design effectiveness, delivering clear, actionable recommendations. • Conduct in-depth analysis using Python to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive product innovation and strategic decisions. • Work closely with product managers and domain experts to understand business goals and translate them into analytical outcomes. • Build and present reports and dashboards that clearly communicate insights to stakeholders and support data-driven decision-making. • Identify opportunities to optimize products and enhance data collection and analysis processes.

• Define and execute a forward-looking analytics and reporting strategy aligned to business goals. Elevate analytics from reporting to actionable, decision-driving insights. • Lead the design and optimization of enterprise dashboards and semantic models using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. Drive effective use of Power BI Copilot and advanced DAX to improve speed, performance, and scalability. • Champion responsible use of AI tools - including generative AI and analytics copilots - to accelerate insight discovery, automate workflows, and enhance decision-making. • Support evolution toward domain-oriented data ownership and native data products. Ensure data products are fit-for-purpose, governed, reusable, and insight-ready. • Build and mature a governed self-service analytics environment that empowers business stakeholders while maintaining data quality and compliance. • Ensure consistent, accurate, and timely delivery of recurring and ad hoc reporting. Balance innovation with execution discipline. • Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team. What Your Impact Will Look Like - 3+ years of excellent skills with data visualization tools and BI platforms such as Zoho, PowerBI, Tableau. - Ability to write SQL, API’s, JS, CSS, HTML, Python and R. - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Understanding of data science principles, statistical analysis and market research techniques or methodologies. - Ability to develop an understanding of Community Engagement principles and methodologies. - Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, work constructively with stakeholders, work with limited supervision. - Ability to be flexible in a changing work environment and to work well under pressure - Consistently manage, perform and scope against simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment - Experience and/or enthusiasm for working with government.
