• Rozwiązujesz sprawy klientów, podczas kontaktów przychodzących, poprzez telefon, e-mail, czat, social media • Wykonujesz kontakty wychodzące do klientów w celu udzielenia informacji lub uzyskania informacji potrzebnych do rozwiązania sprawy • Obsługujesz klientów, w sposób zapewniający rozwiązanie jak największej liczby spraw przy pierwszym kontakcie • Udzielasz klientom informacji o sposobie działania oraz funkcjonalności Booksy Biz oraz Booksy dla Klientów • Udzielasz klientom informacji na temat subskrypcji, faktur i płatności • Proponujesz rozwiązania dostosowane do potrzeb klientów, w zakresie możliwym do dostarczenia przez Booksy

Job Requirements

  • Masz **minimum 2-letnie doświadczenie** w obsłudze klienta / contact center w ruchu przychodzącym
  • Masz doświadczenie w branży technologicznej (mile widziane)
  • Znasz język polski na poziomie C2 lub natywnym
  • Znasz język angielski na poziomie B1 (mile widziane)
  • Lubisz rozmawiać z klientami
  • Posługujesz się lekkim piórem i poprawną polszczyzną
  • Znasz i umiesz stosować techniki komunikacji i perswazji
  • Masz zdolność analizy i rozwiązywania problemów
  • Szybko się uczysz i adaptujesz się do nowych sytuacji
  • Koncentrujesz się na osiągnięciu celów
  • Lubisz pracować w zespole
