Job Description: Essential Job Functions: - Lead and manage team of contract managers for the Americas region of DXC’s Insurance Software Business (ISB) - Lead the initiation, negotiation, execution, drafting and maintenance of contracts. - Support the maintenance of contract templates and standard agreements. - Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with contract managers on contract and negotiation strategies. - Assist team members in contract negotiations. - Maintain contract-related records. - Participate in contract process improvement initiatives. - Handle contract-related tasks as assigned.
