Account Executive
SMB Team
• Own and close qualified inbound and outbound opportunities sourced by SDR/BDR teams • Run a consultative sales process using SPIN selling and discovery-first techniques • Identify customer pain points, business impact, and buying motivations to align solutions effectively • Manage your pipeline rigorously to ensure accurate forecasting and consistent deal progression • Collaborate with SDRs, Sales Leadership, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and successful onboarding • Maintain detailed, up-to-date CRM records and follow defined sales processes • Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets
Job Requirements
- 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience as an Account Executive or similar closing role
- Proven success closing ~$50K–$100K ARR deals in a fast-moving sales environment
- Strong experience with consultative selling methodologies (SPIN selling)
- Comfortable running structured discovery and uncovering business pain, urgency, and impact
- Excellent pipeline management, forecasting, and deal prioritization skills
- Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously within a shorter sales cycle
- Strong communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills
- Experience selling complex B2B solutions is a plus
