• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities. • Schedules virtual or in-person appointments/meetings and demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management while answering questions from clients. • Prepare sales proposals and present or share them with customers. • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular calls, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities. • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas. • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns. • Negotiate / close deals maintain customer satisfaction and handle complaints or objections • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams. • Updating the sales funnel on daily basis and updating the Management on weekly sales meetings. • Flawless daily workflow and the ability to properly track your calls, follow up and set appointments. • Conduct various market research to identify potential business partnerships, market segments, and lead generation channels. • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.
