• Collaborate with product owners to define test objectives, strategies, and test plans for Salesforce projects. Create & timely execute detailed test cases and test scripts (inclusive of applicable regressions) based on business requirements to verify the functionality, performance, security, and usability of Salesforce / enterprise applications. • Identify, document, and report defects and issues in a clear and concise manner, including steps to reproduce and severity assessment • Manage and maintain test data, ensuring data integrity and relevance for testing purposes • Participate in enhancing the overall quality assurance process, including improvements to the testing process, test automation efforts, and the implementation of best practices • Conduct peer reviews of checklists. Participate in post-mortem/root cause analyses for production bugs and share key insights to prevent future occurrences • Take ownership of personal performance & development goals. Participate in knowledge sharing activities, including onboarding of new team members & delivering demos on completed projects

• Participate in functional and progress meetings with clients; • Analyze and elaborate functional/non-functional requirements and specifications (Use Cases, etc.); • Participate in the full development lifecycle of Web applications (analysis, testing, training, and help-desk/user support activities); • Prepare software development documentation (Test Cases, Test Reports, User Manuals, etc.); • Provide project management support, coordination, and reporting; • Collaborate with colleagues in a multinational environment, adhering to highly professional standards and methods.
