• Participate in functional and progress meetings with clients; • Analyze and elaborate functional/non-functional requirements and specifications (Use Cases, etc.); • Participate in the full development lifecycle of Web applications (analysis, testing, training, and help-desk/user support activities); • Prepare software development documentation (Test Cases, Test Reports, User Manuals, etc.); • Provide project management support, coordination, and reporting; • Collaborate with colleagues in a multinational environment, adhering to highly professional standards and methods.

• You will be involved in the whole life cycle of projects from a business perspective, acting as counterpart to the client’s Product Owner in the roles of: • Business Analyst and Requirements Engineer • Software Tester • Project Assistant.

• Software testing and close collaboration with the client and the development team; • Manual software testing of web applications; • Creation of test cases; • Documentation (e.g. user manual); • Support and 3rd-level service desk; • Communication with developers and business analysts.
