• Own the Figure Market’s retail and institutional experiences around the purchase, redemption, transfer, and tax reporting of YLDS, Figure’s yield-bearing Stablecoin. • Support YLDS use cases on the Provenance Blockchain including deep integration with partner experiences and custody and transfers across other wallets and custody solutions. • Partner with stakeholders to develop and maintain Figure Market’s internal tooling, empowering internal users to support customer inquiries and operations processes. • Drive the product lifecycle through ideation, roadmap planning, launch, and post-launch • Analyze the product workflow to predict and mitigate complex issues; develop creative and practical, scalable solutions to streamline business efforts. • Synthesize feedback from users into deliverable product improvements • Define and communicate strategy, priorities, and KPIs with all stakeholders. • Work cross-functionally with the engineering, design, data, business, legal, compliance, and marketing teams to align product efforts across the company. • Create, monitor, and assess success metrics; present findings to the leadership team.

• Understand problems being solved by leaders from Product, Engineering, and other groups within the company and identify where ML can help accelerate outcomes • Drive product outcomes through a combination of direct initiative, ownership, and influencing and advising on the roadmap of other product teams • Own a horizontal ML problem space (e.g., personalization), scope opportunity and identify ML capability to build; ensure adoption of these capabilities across multiple vertical teams • Collaborate with other ML PMs on the team to shape the roadmap for their areas in alignment with your charter

• Develop comprehensive product plans, specifications, and user stories that bring high-quality features and enhancements to life. • Work collaboratively with product leadership and teams to continually execute against the product roadmap. • Own the product's UX and feature set development, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for every user. • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to craft usable user experiences and deliver effective solutions. You'll be the voice of the customer in the development process, ensuring features are built to solve real-world problems. • Actively hop on customer calls to understand their needs and pain points firsthand to inform product decisions and improve their experience. • Analyze data and customer feedback to identify problems, measure results, and prioritize opportunities. • Slice user stories into manageable chunks, define acceptance criteria, and work iteratively with engineers. • Anticipate bottlenecks, collaborate with teams to optimize the backlog, and ensure projects align with business needs and long-term goals. • Help with product acceptance testing, working with QA, engineers, and customers. • Drive zero-to-one product launches and contribute to go-to-market. Partner with the GTM team to build value propositions, marketing videos, email copy, and one-pagers that capture the essence of your product and resonate with target audiences. • Proactively educate everyone within the organization about your product area, creating excitement, and buy-in. Ensure everyone is equipped to advocate for your creations.

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a portion of our core SaaS product — from iterating on existing features to defining and launching new ones • Balance 0→1 product bets with high-leverage incremental improvements, knowing when to invest big and when to right-size • Set appetite, scope accordingly, and hold your pod to a high bar on speed, quality, and customer impact • Drive AI into the product in ways that genuinely improve outcomes for providers and families — not as a checkbox • Define success metrics, track performance, and communicate progress and tradeoffs clearly to leadership • Partner tightly with engineering and design to ship with urgency, unblock the team, and keep the pod focused on what matters • Contribute to brightwheel’s product culture — raise the bar for product quality, velocity, and customer impact
