Job Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with meaningful ownership of a core product area
- Proven ownership of complex, cross-functional product initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Strong product judgment and prioritization — you know what to work on, what to cut, and can drive alignment while balancing speed, quality, and learning
- Deep comfort with product metrics, experimentation, and funnel analysis (SQL a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including with executive audiences
- A strong sense of ownership and bias toward action — you define the problem, you don't wait for it to be handed to you
- AI fluency in your daily workflow — you use AI tools to move faster, go deeper, and operate more like a full-stack product owner across discovery, design, and execution
- Experience building and shipping AI-powered product features (bonus)
