Job Requirements
- Several years of solid experience in performance marketing (Meta & Google) for high‑ticket D2C brands — we are explicitly looking for candidates with a background in premium beauty, jewelry, fashion, interior design, etc. No mass‑market or discount background.
- Proven scaling success in the luxury or premium segment
- Deep understanding of the psychology of affluent audiences and their decision-making processes
- Confident in independently managing and profitably scaling larger ad budgets
- Strong analytical skills and excellent understanding of KPIs, ROAS, and funnel dynamics
- Entrepreneurial mindset, loyalty, and a positive attitude
