Numina
• Support the CEO and executive team on strategic initiatives • Act as an extension of the CEO on strategic projects • Lead stakeholder management and drive projects to operational maturity • Prepare executive materials and presentations • Meet with external parties to represent Numina’s value • Oversee internal and external communications • Manage and prioritize multiple projects • Work with high-priority customers for successful project execution • Identify interventions and design solutions • Advise leadership on climate technology engagement best practices • Ensure project reporting and invoicing are streamlined • Be a team & culture champion and lead all-hands meetings • Learn existing sales processes and recommend efficiencies
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience
