IT Operations Engineer

• Execute internal IT projects related to provisioning, configuration, security, and off-boarding • Manage and maintain endpoint management systems such as Intune, Addigy and Autopilot • Configure, administer, and support Google Workspace environments for projects and features involving users, groups, policies, security, data management, etc. • Support internal teams through a structured ticketing system, resolving issues efficiently and documenting outcomes • Maintain high standards of IT security, reliability, and operational quality across systems • Improve IT processes, tooling, and documentation

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as an IT Operations Engineer, IT Systems Engineer, or similar role
  • Experience working in-house in a 200 to 1,000 person organization
  • Experience successfully completing IT projects at various levels of technical complexity
  • Strong hands-on experience with: Required: Intune, Autopilot, Addigy, Google Workspace
  • Nice to have: CrowdStrike, Freshdesk
  • Comfortable executing IT projects end-to-end, not just handling ad-hoc support tickets
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow and improve documented processes
  • Excellent English communication skills and good at explaining IT processes clearly to a non-technical audience.
  • Proactive and results-oriented.
