• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC and SecOps solutions to address the organization's governance, risk, and compliance requirements. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs. • Configure ServiceNow GRC and SecOps modules to meet business needs, including workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards. • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems to ensure data accuracy and seamless information flow. • Participate in the testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of ServiceNow solutions, identifying and resolving technical issues. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, risk, compliance, and IT operations, to ensure alignment and effective implementation of ServiceNow solutions. • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, enhancements, and industry trends related to GRC and SecOps, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers or team members, fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on GRC and SecOps modules.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including scripting (JavaScript, AngularJS), UI customization, and workflow configuration.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow GRC modules (Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, etc.) and SecOps modules (Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, etc.).
  • Experience in developing and maintaining ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, and MID Servers.
  • Familiarity with industry frameworks and standards, such as ISO 27001, NIST, ITIL, and GDPR.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyse complex requirements and design efficient solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • ServiceNow certifications (Certified Implementation Specialist in GRC or SecOps) are highly desirable.
